Goals are important!!

As some of you may know, I suffer from depression, and as such don’t feel like doing anything/lack the motivation to do anything from time to time.

Well, recently I have found that when I have something I want to reach for I ma “better” about certain things in my life.

I am telling anyone who will read this post about this because of the fact that having a goal has helped me to not mope about depressed all the time. Now, keep in mind that I do still get depressed, because having a goal is not usually a “fix all” thing, but it does help me a lot from what I have noticed, and the people closest to me have noticed.
